The Microwave Activity Group is stimulating home build activities for 24 GHz.

An easy way to build equipment for 24 GHz is to start with DB6NT designs which have proven to work well.

In this picture you see the 24 GHz amplifier with 3 stages with the last stage two fets in parallel. The fets are MGF1303 which can easily be sold. The output of this amplifier is arround 100 mW with a total gain of arround 20 dB.
