You can have a nice start on this hole, as long as you keep clear of the driving range at the left,
and the hilly area at the right with your first shot. The bunkers are deep, but clearly
visible. The green is leveled and will give you a taste of what is to follow.
On this hole everything is clearly visible, but now the Golf School on the left must be avoided.
And watch out for that large bunker on the left of the fairway.
Requiring nothing less than an excellent shot landing on the green.
(You can see the Golf School area in the background on the left.)
You will not have to worry about the river at your first shot, it's too far,
just concentrate on getting over those bunkers in the front. Then see how
to deal with the river.
Hole 5 requires a long first shot off the tee, and then it is uphill to the green.
Hole 6 is also very nice, and it still goes up. Bunkers are everywhere.
Hole 7 is beautiful, and not too difficult as long as there is not a lot
of wind ....
Hole 8 is the big challenge! Your ball will tend to roll away to the
right and down. But go too far to the left and you are Out of Bounds.
Hole 9 is a very long PAR 4, and leads you back to the club-house.
Hole 10 is the longest one here. You'll need to be past the lake and across
the river in two. Then you still need a good shot to the far-away flag ...
Hole 11 is not too difficult, and you may try for a birdie. Get straight across
the bunker area, and you're OK.
Hole 12 can be an uphill battle. Your ball will roll back for sure if you don't
manage to get it immediately on top of the green.
Hole 13 should give no real difficulty. Birdie chance?
Hole 14 is sort of a dogleg to the right. Your first shot may roll away to
the left. If you can make a long shot, aim over the three lower trees.
Hole 15 goes right and then left. And the green is hidden behind the trees on
top of the hill. It will take a while before you see it.
Hole 16 seems easier then it is. It is hard to get the right distance, because
it goes down. And the direction is not easy in windy conditions. There are lots
of bunkers. But normally you should not loose too many strokes here.
Hole 17 requires some good course management. You can gamble with the lake-border,
or aim for the much saver area on the left, but then your second shot must be longer.
Hole 18 is the last challenge. It is very much up-hill, and the green is protected
by two rows of deep bunkers. It is the end of a very enjoyable course.
Hope you'll have fun too!
