Ice cube meditation for cooling down your kundalini

 

Hello, some people may have difficulties with quieting their kundalini system. The next meditation turned out to help some people with an overactive kundalini. It is a spiritually advanced meditation, may be it will work for you!

1. Be seated on a chair, put your feet flat on the ground and imagine roots from your feet and coccyx to the centre of the earth. Feel that your are firm grounded on the earth! Visualise centres in the middle of the soles of your feet, we call these the foot chakras. Imagine that you mentally open these foot chakras like you open the diaphragm of a camera lens. Let the energetic radiation of the earth come into your feet. We call this earth energy. This usually gives a soothing effect and reinforces your grounding.

 

2. Imagine a small room in the centre of your head. Clean this little room by imagining a ‘white tornado’. Mentally put your name on the walls and floor of your little room and the date. Say 'hello' and if a face of somebody appears ask the person to leave your little room. This will make your head to feel clean and quiet for you.

 

3. Open your heart chakra on your sternum and imagine you radiate a golden light of love from this chakra into the world. Imagine a lightning energy line from deep in your heart chakra to your crown to the top of your aura where the higher self centre is and a doorway to the flow of divine love and light of your own divine source. Feel connected with your divine source.

 

4. Imagine an energy line from your heart chakra to your coccyx. Imagine that the energy of divine love and light helps to regulate the coccyx centre and bring it in line with your divine source. Imagine a blue bal above your head which starts giving some coolness to your energy system.

 

5. Now imagine cubes of ice, cold ice, and lay this against your coccyx. You may hear a ‘sissing’ sound as the ice cubes starts cooling the coccyx. Take new ice cubes until the coccyx is cool and quiet.

 

6. Bring your attention to your roots and feel how your whole energy system is stabilised on this new energy level. Move your toes and fingers, feel your breath and come out of meditation.
