Circle (A₂₆): The Yiu circle

Definition

The circle tangent to both (O) and the Midway semicircle on diameter O₁O₂ and its center on CD is Archimedean. Introduced by Paul Yiu in 1999 [van Lamoen 2006].

Properties

• The circles with center on AB passing through C and congruent to (O) are tangent to (A26). [Okumura and Watanabe 2007 (b)]
