I’ll Be Havin’ Fun!

 

It’s been ages since I’ve had a bit of fun

I’ve been savin’ up my money far too long

I’ve been dreamin’ of things that I can not

afford in stead of going out

and have a real good time

I’ve been savin’ up my money

for a long long time

but tonight I’m gonna spend my money

‘til the very last dime!

 

And I’ll be havin’ fun

‘til my money’s gone

time goes fast when your spending cash

but the time goes slow

when you’re short on dough

 

This may be the dumbest thing I’ll ever do

but I feel like I’ve got nothing left to lose

I am sick and tired of sitting in my room

feeling like a jail-bird who is doing time

I’ve been savin’ up my money
