What is it:
SnoopDockieDock let's you manage multiple docks for a single user. For example, you can have one Dock with all your tools for your daytime job and another for entertainment purposes. You can have 5 different Docks and switch between them. Furthermore, you can access tiles from other stored Docks without switching to that particular Dock first.
What are the system requirements and how can I download and install it?
This program requires Mac OS X 10.1. That's basically it.
To download it, click on the upper-left icon... Once the download is complete, double-click on the sdd.dmg file. You will find that a SnoopDockieDock volume is placed on the desktop. Double click it and open the Readme file for further instructions.
Note: Explorer users may find difficulty downloading the program - Explorer tries to open the diskimage in the browser. If this is the case, ctrl-click on the picture and select 'download link to disk'.
Is it finished?
No, this is a beta release. That means that most of its functionality is actually functional but that there are still some rough edges. The most notable rough edge is the fact that when switching to another Dock, the Dock doesn't disappear and reappear gracefully. A future version will address this issue.
It goes without saying that you can use this beta version at your own risk, however, I do not foresee any major defects caused by using this software.
Is it free?
This Beta version is free. The final version, when released, will be shareware with a shareware fee of $5 dollars. You can send $5 US Dollars to the following address:
