Forwarded to Commodore Parish, for the information of Deputy Inspector General Loney
Chas. F.A. Shadwell ___________ Forwarded for the information of the Deputy Inspector General
John Parish [This latter date would seem to be in error, and someone (I assume: Dr Loney) has added '? April'. I assume that the addition 'R(eceived?) 1 Apl.' was also made by Dr Loney]. |
| Vice-Admiral Charles Frederick Alexander Shadwell was C-in-C China station at the time. Commodore John E. Parish was the "Naval Officer Commanding" of the naval hospital at Hong Kong (and thus Dr Loney's immediate surperior). |
