Naval Officers, who undertook the duty of their Agents. Acting in the true and highest spirit of benevolence, they have in the cause of their duty been exposed to much danger, privation and suffering in their endeavours to relieve as far as lay in their power, the pressure of extreme distress in the districts to which they were severally sent, they have now returned, having fulfilled all the objects of their mission with the utmost ability and discretion.
