The following communication having been made to me by the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty by letter dated the 15 Feb. 1875, C, I have to make known the same for your information and guidance. -

With reference to a letter from M^r. William Loney, Deputy Inspector General dated 23^rd. December last, forwarded from Hong Kong, their Lordships desire that M^r. Loney be acquainted, on his arrival at Haslar Hospital from Chna, that they are pleased to be informed of his readiness
