Cash Register System

This program is especially developed for settling orders in a "delivery restaurant" such as a pizzeria/grillroom.

The entire project is not available yet, however, two restaurants are working with this system already! Therefore, I have collected some screendumps in order to provide you with "the basics" of this program.

Functional overview

An unlimited number of different dishes can be maintained.

For each item several extra options are available (size, ingredients, special offers, free sauces, etc.). These options can be maintained per dish and can be turned on/off per item.

Furthermore, special offers can be linked to specific items (e.g. if pizza 1 has been ordered, the customer may offer his second pizza for a lower price or use one of the other special offers). Each item can have its own special offers.

Dishes can be linked to specific ingredients in order to enable your customers to put together their own pizza (for example!). For each product the ingredients can be maintained, and have their own prices, quantity and defaults.

When printing, the map of your customer's residential area can be printed on the invoice too.

The invoice is always tailor-made. This example was developed for a customer who has its own printed invoice paper on A5 format.

Besides the ordered food and drinks, the following items will be printed:

	Invoice number (if not paid in cash)
	Date / time
	Delivery address, map of area included
	Assisted by (name of employee)
	Daily message (like "have a nice weekend")

The cash register functionality is orderly and user friendly.

All transactions are logged for reporting objectives and customers are stored based on their postcode.

As soon as the customer's phone number has been entered, the system will remember it for future transactions.

Of course this program has many reporting options, such as:

	Overview of printed invoices (current day)
	Overview of not-paid invoices (e.g. accounts)
	Revenue overview (restaurant, deliveries, gambling machines)
	List and graphical overview "Top n Customers"
	Overview per delivery boy (e.g. money in cash)

Reports can be printed or displayed on screen.
