Some personal details:
I was born in Leuven (Belgium) on June, 13th 1965.
Leuven is approximately 25 KM east from the Belgian capital, Brussels.
I have lived at two addresses in Leuven, before I moved with my parents and my sister to The Netherlands.
I attended school in Bierbeek (Belgium) only for a few years.
Since 1972 I live in the Netherlands, where I attended school, first in Wassenaar and then in Oegstgeest.
My father got a job at the European Patent Office in The Hague, where I also got a job in 1990.
I like to be and work in an International enviroment.
Quite Often I go back to Leuven to visit my family and every time I visit Leuven, I still have the feeling that I an really home.
My parents and I, also have an appartment in Knokke (the first Belgian coast-place south of the Dutch border).
Knokke is really a family coast-place, because I had my vacations in Knokke already in the early 1970's and my parents, when
they where still kids they also spent their vacations in Knokke.

Surfing/browsing on Internet
I like to surf/browse on the Internet, searching for subjects which correspond to my interests.
Mostly I surf/browse to find Cyberfriends, who would like to correspond with me and to surf/browse in Newsgroups.
Eurovision Song Contest
I already became I great Eurovision Song Contest fan in 1978.
From that year onwards I watched the Eurovision Song Contest every year.
I really like the different sounds of the European countries.
I really would like to go and see the Eurovision Contest live, but I have to find out if that is possible.
Listening to music
I have always been a great fan of Elvis Presley.
I have all his records and some of his movies.
In 1986, I even visited his home: Graceland, in Memphis, Tennessee.
Movies and Movie Stars
In 1992, I became a great fan of Tom Cruise after I saw the movie "Far and Away" in which he acted with his nice wife Nicole Kidman.
After the movie "Far and Away" I saw a lot of his fomer movies, which I even bought on video tape.
I always remain a great Tom Cruise fan, the last movie I saw of him was "Jerry Maguire", also a very good movie.
In the early 1990's I followed the television series "Growing Pains".
Those were very nice series, which I followed almost every week.
In 1997, I saw a movie poster "Romeo & Juliet" with Leonardo DiCaprio (whom I knew from "Growing Pains") and with Laura Danes (who also acted with Matt Damon in the movie "Rainmaker").
I have seen the movie twice and I also became a great fan of Leonardo DiCaprio.
The greatest movie I saw was James Cameron's "Titanic".
It was and it will remain a brillant movie, with a brillant acting of Leonardo DiCaprio and of Kate Winslet.
I saw the "Titanic" movie five times, and I will even buy the movie on video tape.
Vacations
I visit the United States about 15 times.
My 'love' for the United States began in 1977, when I visited my uncle and his family, who live in the State of Wisconsin.
After that year, I made trips to serveral places in the United States and serveral States, like: Alabama, Illinois, Californ, Texas, Nevada, Colorado, Louisana, Florida, Nord-, South-Carolina, New York and Main.
I like the United States very much, and my visit to Walt Disney Land and the Universal Studios in Los Angeles and Walt Disney World, Epcot Centre and the MGM Disney Studios in Orlando where my best visits.
Of course I have also been to serveral European countries and even to Marocco, a North African country.
