Barton or Farm of Budshead

In the parish of St Budeaux, in the county of Devon, being the seat of the late Sir Henry Trelawney, Bart. deceased; consisting of a good dwelling house, barn, stable, pound-house, cellars, and other convenient out-houses. Also a garden, and very good orchards, of the best cyder fruit trees, now in their prime, containing about 10 acres. And likewise, a divers closes of arable, meadow, and pasture, in all about 105 acres; all lying very compact, and now in the possession of Mr Matthew Trevan; situated within four miles of Plymouth and Plymouth Dock. The arm of the sea runs close under the farm, and all kinds of manure may be had at a cheap rate. - The produce of the farm may be conveyed in barges, if necessary, to Plymouth and Dock, at a very small expence.
For which purpose a public Survey will be held on Thursday the 22d of September, instant, at the Pope's Head in Plymouth, by Three o'clock in the afternoon. - And in the mean time, for viewing the premises, apply to the tenant on the farm. And for further information, to Mr Pott, in Plymouth.
