Brief Description

Since they no longer live in the same part of the country as my direct line I have not found information on them during my research to date.

Thomas was born in Millbrook in the parish of Maker in south east Cornwall.

Mary Jane was born in St Winnow in Cornwall.

Following their marriage in 1868 in the St Germans Registration District they had (at least) 2 sons in the same area before moving to Manchester, where daughter Julia was born in 1877. At the time of the 1881 census they were living at 78 Sherwood Road in Manchester and Thomas was described as a Greenwich Pensioner. The following year he died there. At the time of the 1901 all three adult children were still living in Manchester. Mary's occupation was given as Caretaker Board School; Alfred was a Salesman in a Wholesale Dpy; Thomas was a plumber and Julia was a Domestic. Mary Jane Trevan remained in the same area and died in 1918 age 75. These are the only 3 Trevan registration events recorded in Manchester registration district.
