Ann Henwood Meirs was born at Wilcove, Antony, Cornwall in c1824/5 and married William Josiah Burt, son of Jacob Burt, in the St Germans registration district in the 3rd quarter of 1844

Wilcove is where the Treliving branch of the Trevan family also lived.

Ann was a witness to Christiana's sister Margaretta's wedding on 3 Apr 1844 at Plymouth St Andrew. At the time of the 1861 census she was married and had both her widowed father-in-law and widowed mother living with her in Torpoint.
