My parents moved to Malta from 1959-63 taking their 4 children all aged 5 and under with them. We lived in Balzan, Pieta, Mtarfa and Qui'sisana (part of Sliema). I went to infant school at Safi, and primary school (where my father taught) at Luqa. A site including a map, and contemporary photos (not mine) can be found on some of these pages.
