Individual Sheet

Susan Trevan (c1775-1850)

Two pieces of information have been found about a Susan Trevan which appear to be the same person, but with insufficient information to tie her into the main trees.
  1. In the 1841 census she was living in St Endellion with John and Mary Hoskin and what appears to be 2 of their children and her mother.
  2. Her death was registered in the Bodmin Registration District, which includes the parish of St Endellion. (I have not yet bought this certificate.)

The most likely places for her to fit into the trees are as follows.

The reason for placing them in this order is that there is no known intermarrying of the Trevan and Hoskin family, making the Susan Trevan most probably an unmarried servant to the family rather than a relative. There is no record of Susanna Trevan nee Pearce ever leaving St Just in Roseland and the burial registers still need to be searched for her death.

The other loose ends that may or not fit in with her and her contemporaries with similar names are the following marriages
27 Oct 1825 Camborne Susan Trevens William Williams
25 Feb 1832 St Kew Susannah Treven Thomas Lean
