Intermarriage
Assuming that male and female children were born in equal number, on average over the generations, and the number of those who died without marrying or who married twice of more was equal between the sexes, the proportion of descendents who are born with the surname Trevan halves with each generation. The next sections summarize the number of known descendents and the names that intermarried with John and Francis's descendents at each generation, with my branch being displayed in red. Names where other researchers who are their descendents have contacted me are shown in orange.
