    I give devise and bequeath unto my said brother Adolphus Trevan all my Estate and Interest of and in all and every the messuages or dwelling houses Fields or Closes of land Gardens Workshops, Hereditaments, Freehold and Leasehold property to which I might be entitled under the last Will and testament of my late Uncle Richard Watts deceased
    I direct my said executors (in case my housekeeper Ann Maria Little widow shall have continued to reside with me as such housekeeper up to the time of my decease but not otherwise) to raise set apart hold upon trust ... and to pay yhe said sum of 30 pounds to the said Ann Maria Little yearly and every year during her life by equal half yearly payments ... after the decease of the said Ann Maria Little I direct that the said sum ... and be paid and divided in equal share between my Brother Adolphus Trevan and my Nephew Cornelius Moon Olver for their own absolute use and benefit
