Events   Type Description
Beaumains' Blessing u Event Chosen Squire gains +2 Prowess and +2 Strength. He must Challenge an opponent's Knight in his next Challenge phase. If Squire defeats the Knight he becomes a Knight and keeps the bonuses from this card. If Squire is defeated discard Squire and this card.
Cancellation c Event Discard a card from your hand. An Event or Spell card which is in play or has just been played is discarded, negating all effects.
Challenge of Sovreignty r Event A King you control may challenge another King. The loser of the challenge ceases to be a King. His special victory conditions are negated.
Curse of Epona r Event All Horses in play are discarded.
Defamation u Event Knight loses Valor equal to the Valor value of a Quest Card which just defeated him. If this would cause the Knight's Valor to drop below his starting Valor, then Defamation reduces his Valor to starting value.
Dispossession u Event Defeated Knight must discard all Rewards except for Vows and Combat Experience.
Drought u Event +2 to Upkeep for each Animal Companion and +1 to Upkeep for each horse until end of Round
Exile u Event Return a card from your Court to your hand.
Fall of Lyonesse r Event All Lyonesse Domain cards in play are discarded. No one may play a Lyonesse Domain card for the remainder of the game. Keep this card out for reference.
Famine r Event +2 Upkeep for all of your Warriors until end of Round. +1 Upkeep for all other Warriors until end of Round.
Flood r Event No player may play a Domain unless he discards a Domain from his hand. Remains in effect until end of game. Keep this card out for reference.
Grail Maidens r Event Warrior defeated by a Quest Card during a Grail Quest may attempt that Quest card again as if he had never undertaken it and continue his Grail Quest if he overcomes it.
Healing Prayer c Event Play immediately after combat ends to heal defeated Warrior. Does not heal Dolorous Damage.
Hounds of Gwyn u Event Discard a Warrior from your hand. Look at any one player's hand. Pick one Warrior card from his hand and discard it.
Imprisonment u Event Warrior is treated as if he has no Companions until he completes a Quest. May not be played on a Warrior during his player's Challenge round.
Master Ralph the Merchant r Event Look through your Play Deck and select any Reward except for Vows. Reward must immediately be assigned to a Warrior with a Valor at least three times the Value of the Reward.
Pas des Armes r Event Each of a single opponent's Knights must fight one of your Knights, one at a time in an order of his choice. Each combat is treated as a Mortal Combat.
Plague r Event Discard all Companions in play. A Knight may spend 2 Valor to prevent a Companion assigned to him from being discarded by this card.
Power of the Grail r Event Remove all Dolorous damage from one Warrior.
Recognition of Worth u Event Warrior who has just successfully completed a Quest becomes a Knight if you have a King in play. Warrior may undertake another Quest this Turn.
Royal Lineage r Event When a Warrior you control who is not a King completes a Quest, go through your Court deck and find a King of your choice of Valor less than or equal to the Value of the Quest. Discard the Questing Warrior and bring the King directly into play. Assign a
Sacred Vigil c Event +1 Prowess, +1 Valor. Must be played on a Squire. Squire becomes a Knight.
Storm Season u Event Play during your Build Phase. No Challenges or Quests may be declared for the remainder of this Round.
Submission r Event Take control of Knight who has just been defeated in a Formal Combat by a Knight you control. All Companions, Rewards and Vows on defeated Knight are returned to owner's hand. If upkeep for controlled Knight is not paid, control of Knight is returned to orignal owner.
Time of Darkness r Event All currently revealed Quest cards are discarded. For the remainder of the game all Quest cards are left face down until a Warrior declares a Quest.
Time of Glory r Event All victors in Formal Combat between Knights gain 1 additional Valor. All Knights defeated in Formal Combat lose 1 additional Valor. Remains in play until end of game. Keep this card out for reference.
Tourney u Event Each player selects at least one Knight to join the Tourney.The two knights with the highest Valor totals fight first.The winner of that fight then fights the Knight with the next highest Valor. Continue this pattern until only one Knight remains undefeated. The endurance of the winner is fully restored between combats. All combats are formal combats. The Knight who wins the Tourney gains 3 Valor.
Usurpation r Event A Knight you control is now King of a Kingdom for which another player has a King in play. A Challenge of Title is initiated immediately. May not play on a Knight who is already King.
Vision of the Grail r Event Knight must initiate a Quest for the Grail on controller's next Turn or Knight loses 2 Valor.
Winds of Boreas u Event Each player may discard up to 5 cards from hand and draw 1 new card for each card discarded in this manner.
